VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Social welfare department, Uttar Pradesh has opened requirement for village development officers in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. These vacancies are open for the citizen of India. The eligibility criteria for these posts are as under:-

Education and Experience:-

Experience
Intermediate or its equivalent from the UP education board and CCC certificate of computer efficiency.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have served the regional services for two years and have B certificate of national cadet core (NCC).

Age Limit:- 18 to 40 years as on 31-08-2013.
·        The upper age limit is relaxed to 5 years for the candidate of reserved category (SC/ST).
·        The upper age limit is relaxed to 3 years for the candidate of OBC category.
·        The reservation rules of Govt. of India will be applicable for the ex-serviceman category.
No Application fee will be charged from candidate of all the categories.

Emoluments: - The candidate will be appointed on pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 and Grade pay of Rs.2000.
In addition to basic pay, DA, HRA and other benefits like PF, Gratuity, company accommodation.LTC and post retirement benefit will be given.

Selection Mode: - The candidate will be selected on basis of interview and merit.

Last Date:-30-08-2012.

No Objection Certificate:-The candidates who are serving in Govt./semi Govt. office are required to give a NOC from their employer.

How to Apply: - The candidate can apply online at the website www.dirsamaykalyan.in  and through offline mode by prescribed format will be sent only through the ordinary post to the address.

Important Instruction:-
1.      The candidate is required to attach 10x25cm self addressed envelops with Rs.39 stamp pasted on it.
2.      A self attested passport size photograph is to be attached along with the application form.
3.      Attested photo copies of educational qualification, age proof and experience certificate should be attach with the application form.
4.      The proof of reserved categories (SC/ST) should also be produced at the time of interview.
5.      The candidates who possess higher qualification are not eligible to apply for this post.
6.      The SC candidates will be given second class Railway/Bus fare subject to the submission of TA slip in the form of original ticket.
7.      The personal interview will be conducted in the month of September.
8.      The age and qualification will be counted up to dated 31-08-2013.
9.      The candidate from Govt. /semi govt. organization must obtain no objection certificate from the employer and apply through proper channel.
10.  One candidate can apply for one post only.
11.  The decision of the selection board will be final for recruitment.
12.  The candidate should read the application form and instructions carefully.
13.  Late and incomplete forms will be rejected.
